Recently my husband and I purchased a home in Carrollton, TX. We were looking for three things in a house: downstairs master, media room and a pool. Also we wanted to live in Carrollton or Lewisville since we work in the area. We were introduced to two remarkable people to make this experience as simple as possible, Lynn Hendrix (Realtor) and Julie Post (Loan Officer). The best dual in the real estate sells process by far. They were such a delight that we felt like we were working with close friends.

Lynn did not just find homes that met our specifications, she researched them and found as much about the home and the surrounding community as possible so we were fully informed buyers. In addition, she made sure that the selling agent stayed on top of everything as well. She oversaw the inspection process; and made sure that when we moved in, we would have a home we would be proud to call ours. Moreover, she also was extremely helpful in the closing process.

Julie worked diligently to get us the best possible lending solution for our dream home. She demonstrated a high level of customer service and represented her company very well. We did not have to call her for updates, as she called and emailed us throughout the process letting us know if anything was needed and/or the current status.

Purchasing a home is rated as one of the most stressful events. However, these ladies demonstrated that it does not have to be, if you have the right team of people working with you.

I have one last thing to say to them both! Outstanding job, I rate you a “10” and would recommend you to anyone. As a senior executive in the real estate industry I am more than qualified to rate high performing real estate professionals.
